ColT & KiN – Return & Refund Policy
At ColT & KiN, we take pride in crafting garments of the finest quality. Each piece is made with care to ensure it meets the standards of timeless luxury and comfort. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a simple and transparent return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless received in damaged or defective condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Innerwear and accessories.

Customized, personalized, or bulk/corporate orders.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
3. Return Process

Email our support team at support@coltandkin.com (or your preferred mail ID, e.g., admin@coltandkin.com) within the return period.

Share your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, our team will guide you on the pickup/shipping process.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes our quality check.

Amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We currently offer size exchanges (subject to stock availability).

If the desired size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will arrange a priority replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
7. Corporate & Franchise Orders

Returns/refunds are not applicable on bulk, corporate, or franchise orders, except in cases of genuine damage or defects.
