For Cash on Delivery (COD), additional verification may be required.
ColT & KiN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, error, or misuse is suspected.

4. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are listed in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees will be added at checkout.
Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver within 5–10 business days depending on the location.
Delivery times may vary due to external factors (holidays, courier delays, unforeseen events).
Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
ColT & KiN is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details).
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Refunds will be processed after quality checks and may take 7–10 business days.
Exchanges are available for size issues, subject to stock availability.
Bulk, corporate, customized, and franchise orders are non-returnable except in cases of damage or defect.

7. Corporate & Franchise Orders

Special terms apply to bulk, corporate, and franchise orders.
These are managed under separate agreements and are non-refundable except for manufacturing defects.
Franchise partners must comply with ColT & KiN’s brand standards, guidelines, and contractual obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, product designs, images, and website content belong to ColT & KiN.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. User Responsibilities
