  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully placed.


2. Shipping Timelines

  • Standard delivery within India: 5–10 business days (depending on your location).

  • Metro cities may receive deliveries sooner, while remote areas may take slightly longer.

  • During high-demand seasons, festivals, or sales, delivery times may be extended.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free standard shipping is available on all orders above ₹1,699/-.

  • A nominal fee may apply for orders below this value, displayed at checkout.

  • Any applicable taxes or duties are included in your final checkout price.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details.

  • You can track your order through the link provided or directly via the courier’s website.


5. International Shipping

  • At present, ColT & KiN primarily ships within India.

  • For international orders, please contact our team at support@coltandkin.com for assistance and shipping options.


6. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occur due to:

    • Natural calamities

    • Strikes or lockdowns

    • Courier network disruptions

    • Remote delivery locations

  • ColT & KiN will not be held liable for delays caused by external factors but will assist you in resolving issues promptly.


7. Undelivered Packages

  • If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, it will be returned to us.

  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


8. Bulk, Corporate & Franchise Orders

  • Special timelines apply for bulk, corporate, and franchise shipments.

  • Our team will coordinate directly with you regarding dispatch, logistics, and delivery schedules.
