If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The request is made within 7 days of delivery

• The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn

• All original tags and packaging are intact

• You have proof of purchase (Order ID / invoice)

Products that show signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

• Size issues

• Damaged items

• Incorrect products received

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will offer:

• Store credit

OR

• A refund (as applicable)

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Innerwear

• Customized or personalized items

• Final sale / clearance items

• Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@coltandkin.in with:

• Order ID

• Product name(s)

• Reason for return or exchange

• Clear photos (mandatory for damaged or incorrect items)

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours.

If approved:

• We will arrange a pickup (where serviceable), OR

• Provide a return shipping address for self-shipping

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method

• COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear images of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Failed Delivery / Refused Orders

If an order is returned due to:

• Incorrect address

• Failed delivery attempts

• Refusal to accept

Reshipping charges may apply.

Repeated misuse of returns or COD orders may result in restricted ordering privileges.

8. Quality Assurance

Each ColT & KiN piece is quality-checked before dispatch.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our eligibility standards.
